Shuttle drivers were very pleasant. Service writer helped me save by recommending replacement of only insides of power mirror because housing was not damaged.

Went for an oil change. Service advisor was very professional and service was done in a timely manner. Best part of the visit is I was able to look at the new vehicles in the showroom without being bothered. GM’s take note, if someone is there for an oil change/service and they want help with a vehicle, they’ll ask. Otherwise, have your sales people lay off people coming from the waiting area. Every time a sales person pressures me during an oil change/service, the result is a one star review.

Gordie Boucher has a very friendly staff and are always eager to please the customers. My only issue in my repair is the fact they charged a hazmat/ waste charge to the order. Strange how tightening a few screws on a plastic speaker cover would be a cause to use some sort of hazmat material usage. Buyer beware that this automatically appears on the bill. Maybe they need to rethink their pricing or start wearing little white suits to justify the costs.
I had a 7:00 AM appointment. Craig checked me in promptly, told me what to expect as far as completion of the recall. Bob was waiting with the shuttle. I work approximately 10 min from Gordie Boucher. I was at work by 7:30 AM Craig texted when my Explorer was ready for pick up. Bob called to confirm the return shuttle ride.
